Our Production Work Process

Site Surveying

Site survey is an important prerequisite for doing a thorough job. This can help capture the best possible location, best way of access, the right orientation, and watch out for obstacles. All these factors are crucial for outdoor installations, so that there are no unpleasant surprises later. Our trained staff undertake site surveys to gather the required information and apprise you, the client, of any concerns.

Estimation

Details captured during site survey go towards creating the right estimate. Various factors like designing cost, material cost, resource allocation, area of installation, external workforce, etc, are all factored. Our senior management is involved in the estimation so that clients get maximum value for money, and small deviations if any are absorbed by us, in the larger interest of the relationship.

Designs

Once the cost estimate has been provided, and client approves the same, our designers and copywriters go about creating high-quality collateral and deliverables for the campaign on hand. All designs and copy are supervised by seniors to ensure relevance and impact.

Engineering

Once the designs are ready, the Engineering team comes into the picture. This team factors all structural engineering needs and technical specifications required for production. In case of any special needs, we have access to consultants who complete our capabilities and ensure a job well done.

Installation

Installation can be a daunting task fraught with lot of detail. Shipping and installation of Visual merchandise or Signage products requires a lot of care, else there can be damage or delays. An experienced team that has handled thousands of installations is put on the task for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management

A ship is only as good as its captain, no more, no less. At Jasha, Project Management is given utmost importance. All such lessons learnt have gone on to create a best practises charter for our PM team. Every campaign is assigned a dedicated PM to ensure that there are no budget or time overruns, so the project runs smoothly and seamlessly.
